Official commencement of operations with aluminum sulfate production
In 2002, Dena Industrial and Mining Company began its operations with a focus on producing aluminum sulfate. This marked the starting point of Dena’s journey toward becoming a multi-sector industrial group at the national level. During this period, the company’s primary focus was meeting the needs of the water and wastewater treatment industries.
Expansion of Engineering Services to Industries
After establishing itself in chemical production, Dena Company expanded into specialized engineering services such as acid and alkali-resistant coatings (Rubber Lining and Ceramic Lining). These services were provided to power plants and heavy industries, marking the company’s technical growth and entry into more specialized fields.
Entry into Metal Structure Fabrication
In response to the demands of contracting projects and through a partnership with Saman Sazan Espina Company, Dena established a production line for industrial sheds and bolted structures. This development marked Dena’s entry into the industrial construction market and solidified its dual growth path in both chemical and metal sectors.
Participation in the Abadan Oil Complex Project
In a strategic project, Dena successfully constructed the vast Abadan Oil Complex. This project stands as a highlight in Dena’s portfolio, demonstrating its experience in executing large national projects and establishing Dena as a capable contractor.
Strategic Review and Development of a Strategic Plan
In 2023, Dena undertook a comprehensive review of its vision, mission, and values, entering a new phase. This change reflected the company’s readiness to align with evolving market conditions, pursue sustainable growth, and respond to key stakeholders in its third decade of operation.
The sole manufacturer of metal structures in Greater Kohgiluyeh
By expanding its production capacities, Dena became the sole manufacturer of industrial sheds and metal structures in the Greater Kohgiluyeh region. Covering four counties, this achievement not only contributed to regional employment but also strengthened Dena’s position in southern Iran.
Execution of the First Petrochemical Sheds in Dehdasht
By constructing the petrochemical sheds in Dehdasht, Dena took a strategic step toward large-scale industries. These projects required high precision, specialized equipment, and expert personnel, all of which Dena successfully provided, joining the ranks of active players in the country’s petrochemical industry.
